These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Framer to AI (“the Plugin”, “the Service”), operated by Framer to AI (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By installing or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.
2. Description of Service
Framer to AI is a plugin for Framer that generates AI-ready prompts from Framer components. The Plugin allows users to:
- Select components within Framer
- Generate prompts containing component code and TypeScript types
- Use these prompts with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Lovable
3. Account and License
- You must purchase a subscription through LemonSqueezy to use the Plugin.
- Each license key is for your personal or business use only.
- License keys may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
- Each license allows activation on up to 3 devices.
4. Subscription and Billing
- The Plugin costs $19.99 per month.
- New users receive a 5-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the LemonSqueezy customer portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund window on your first payment. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Your Content
- The Plugin processes components you select in Framer.
- You retain all ownership of your designs and code.
- We do not claim any rights to your content.
- We do not store your component code on our servers.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share or distribute your license key to others
- Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the Plugin
- Use the Plugin for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass license validation
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Plugin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Plugin will meet your specific requirements
- The Plugin will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The output will be compatible with all AI tools or frameworks
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Plugin interface. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Plugin ends immediately.
