14-Day Refund Window
If you are unsatisfied with Framer to AI for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your first payment.
- Refunds are not available after 14 days or for subsequent billing cycles.
- The 5-day free trial does not count toward the 14-day refund window — the window starts when your first payment is processed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact support with your license key or the email address used at purchase. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
After a Refund
- Your license key will be deactivated and access to the Plugin will end immediately.
Cancellation vs Refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are different:
- Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- Refund returns your most recent payment and immediately ends your access.
